Many teenagers dream of traveling abroad - but how many participate in international high school service programs? Probably not many! Volunteering abroad is such an exciting way for teens to gain community service hours - they complete Peace Corps-inspired service projects, participate in exciting activities, and form real relationships with locals in the communities they visit. They also make lifelong friends from all over the world in the process!
Global Leadership Adventures offers international community service for teenagers. These programs are for ages 14-18 only, are designed specifically for teens, and are offered in 19 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Each program has a different theme, but they all focus on doing meaningful service projects and going on exciting adventures in the destination country. These high school service programs are packed to the brim with things to learn and experience - and each year GLA delivers life-changing journeys to teens just like you.
